Getting Started with TROC Corporate Email

You will receive your username and password for the system via an email to your alternate (personal) email address.

Here’s an overview of the process:

  • Go to the password change portal at https://selfservice.trocglobal.com and login using the Username and Temporary Password listed above.
  • Change your temporary password to a good one that no one else knows. Use a combination of upper case, lower case, numbers, and punctuation symbols for a total of at least 8 characters. (This is for security purposes)
  • There will be a slight delay of about 5 minutes while the system syncs with your new password.
  • After waiting at least 5 minutes go to http://webmail.trocglobal.com and log in using your new Username and the password you just created to confirm that you can access Microsoft Office 365.
  • Go to the i-Tunes App Store or Google Play and download the Microsoft Outlook app for your smartphone.
  • Configure the Microsoft Outlook app with your new corporate email, along with any other third-party emails you use for work.  Detailed instructions are available in the links on the left.
